The all new Beta 2-Strokes are on the floor and in the bush.
Media commitments again with the new bikes are hard to take (not) with some interesting venues and ideas on testing.
One venue in the back of Lithgow was awesome riding with massive outcrops of sandstone.
The new bikes have proved to be terrific. Lighter, improved suspension and new tank/seat combo gives the Beta even better feel and ride.
People are now starting to appreciate this and I feel like a truck driver delivering them!
We ran a Test Day at Pacific Park in February with a great success showing off the Beta’s.
I am looking forward to another year at the Transmoto 12Hour with a customer from Yass also on the new Beta RR300 2T. This will be run later in March.
Recently built a 2013 RR450 with a Scotts Stabilizer Under-bar system. This had to have a small machining to fit but turned out brilliantly. Whilst the bars were higher I could live with them.
The mount system is incredibly strong but had a vibe dampner which looks so great.
The KX500 has just had an engine re-build and is getting along pretty well with new forks from the States and a host of improvements, inclusive the smaller 250 tank. Just in time for the Post Classic Nationals at Lakes this May. Looking forward to this one.
